You might be wondering…

This section covers questions that often come up when working with a mobile chiropractic practice. If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to reach out.

  • I provide personalized, hands-on chiropractic care focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting nervous system regulation. Every visit is tailored to how your body presents that day. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, movement guidance, or a combination of these approaches.

With my background as a massage therapist, soft tissue work is a major part of how I practice. Over the years, I’ve explored many different techniques and learned that every body responds differently. My goal is to use the methods that work best for you so you can feel better, move with confidence, and stay active.

  • I don’t bill insurance. Many patients prefer paying directly because it allows for more flexibility, transparency, and care that is not dictated by insurance requirements.

I am currently in the process of becoming a Community Care provider through the VA.

  • HSA/FSA, Cash, Debit/Credit, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing is ideal. Athletic wear or anything you can move in works well. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask ahead of time.

  • Yes!!! Your first visit includes an in-depth conversation, exam, and your first adjustment/treatment if it’s safe and indicated.

  • Absolutely. Some people find they only need one visit. There’s no pressure to commit to anything. I’m here to help you feel better, whether that’s one session or ongoing care.

  • No. I will refer out for imaging if something in your history or exam gives me reason to investigate further. If needed, X-rays are typically between $45 - $85 cash pay depending on how many images we need. I do a thorough orthopedic exam to rule out red flags before adjusting.

  • Not much. A clear area a little larger than the size of a yoga mat is usually enough. I bring all necessary equipment and can adapt to most home setups. A living room or other open space works well. If you have concerns about space, feel free to ask ahead of time.

  • Pets are welcome. I love dogs and completely understand that they are part of the family. For safety and focus during care, I just ask that pets are secured or kept out of the immediate treatment area until we make sure everything is picked up. If your pet has special needs or tends to be curious, feel free to mention it ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Life happens. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
