You might be wondering…

This section covers questions that often come up when working with a mobile chiropractic practice. If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to reach out.

  • I do not accept insurance. Because it’s just me - one disabled veteran… it’s not worth it for me to bill insurance. I’ve found that people usually have large deductibles to meet for their max 12 visits per year. I just choose not to participate in the madness… I can provide notes on your care and billing history for you to submit but I can’t guarantee they’ll reimburse you.

  • Cash, Debit/Credit, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing is ideal. Athletic wear or anything you can move in works well. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask ahead of time.

  • Yes!!! Your first visit includes an in-depth conversation, exam, and your first adjustment/treatment if it’s safe and indicated.

  • Absolutely. Some people find they only need one visit. There’s no pressure to commit to anything. I’m here to help you feel better, whether that’s one session, a personalized care plan, or random maintenance care.

  • Not to get started but I will refer out for imaging if something in your history or exam gives me reason to investigate further. If needed, X-rays are typically between $45 - $85 cash pay depending on how many images we need. I do a thorough orthopedic exam to rule out red flags before adjusting.

If interested please look-up current evidence for spinal X-ray use in the chiropractic profession.

  • Not much. A clear area a little larger than the size of a yoga mat is usually enough. I bring all necessary equipment and can adapt to most home setups. A living room or other open space works well. If you have concerns about space, feel free to ask ahead of time.

  • Pets are welcome. I love dogs and completely understand that they are part of the family. For safety and focus during care, I just ask that pets are secured or kept out of the immediate treatment area until we make sure everything is picked up. If your pet has special needs or tends to be curious, feel free to mention it ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Every person is different, which means care should be too. If we were going off strictly what evidence suggested (and didn’t take into consideration anything else going on in your life) this is what I would recommend:

We start with a short trial of care to see how your body responds, then adjust your plan based on your progress, goals, and lifestyle.

Most people fall into one of the following starting points:

    Acute or Flare-Ups
2 -3 visits per week for 2–3 weeks to calm pain and restore movement

    Ongoing or Moderate Issues
1–2 visits per week for a few weeks, then taper as you improve

    Chronic or Long-Term Concerns
Typically once per week, combined with movement and rehab to build lasting change.

We reassess regularly, re-exam after 6 visits, and make decisions together.

My goal is to help you feel better as efficiently as possible, not keep you reliant on passive care.

  • That’s very common, especially when it comes to the neck. We talk through everything before starting, and nothing is ever forced. I use a range of techniques and always match care to your comfort level.

One option I use is an instrument called an Activator, which delivers a gentle, precise impulse to the joint without twisting or high force. This allows for effective adjustments with much less pressure.

I also use traditional manual adjustments when appropriate, but they are never required. You are always in control of your care, and we choose the approach that feels safest for you.

  • Life happens. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I love cancelled plans but I also have to run a business. Everyone gets one freebie. After that there’s a 50% charge for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment.
