  • I practice diversified (the typical adjustments people are used to) and low force adjusting using a chiropractic manipulation tool. My goal with every adjustment is to make sure that joint is moving in a full pain free range of motion.

  • Prior to becoming a chiropractor I spent 8 years as an advanced neuromuscular massage therapist. Advanced neuromuscular massage is best described as “trigger point” therapy. I spend time warming up the muscles, finding and recreating specific pain patterns, and working with the body to release years of built up tension.

  • People often ask me if dry needling is just a western term for acupuncture. It’s different. Although we use similar needles, the intent of dry needling is to physiologically change the direct structure we are working on. The needles are placed deep in the muscles, within trigger points, along insertion points, and other clinically strategic areas in order to create instant change.

  • Also known as “scraping”. This technique is used for breaking up myofascial adhesions and scar tissue. Excellent for post-mastectomy patients or patients who feel muscular tension during range of motion.

  • Static cupping: The intense, localized suction lifts the skin and superficial fascia away from the underlying muscle. This action creates an instant vacuum effect that draws fresh, oxygenated blood into stagnant areas.

Dynamic cupping: Instead of focusing on one spot, the moving vacuum shears and stretches the fascial layers horizontally. This breaks up widespread fascial restrictions and smooths out the tissue landscape.

  • Sometimes joints need traction.

The Y Strap is a manual decompression technique using a specialized Y-shaped strap to pull the head along the vertical Y-axis of the body. In this practice the Y strap is used as a gentle stretching tool, not an aggressive HVLA thrust.

The Mulligan belt is an 8 foot long, heavy duty nylon strap equipped with a quick release buckle. I use this as an extension of my hands to add space to joints like the low back, the hips, the knees, and the shoulders.

  • Using a highspeed HyperVolt we add deep vibration to targeted areas to decrease chronic pain, break up deep scar tissue, and reset muscle tone. Most commonly, vibration is used superficially over large areas to calm the nervous system, boost skin circulation, and relax the muscles. It’s my favorite way to end a session.

  • After your first appointment I’ll send you an email with exercises specific to the movement dysfunction we uncovered during your movement assessment. I’ve been incorporating corrective exercise with everyone I’ve worked with since 2017. Passive modalities like adjustments and soft tissue work are great for getting you out of pain but corrective exercise is the secret sauce that keeps you out of pain.

  • I deliver clinical adjustments, soft tissue therapy, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention strategies directly to your workforce.

This proactive care lowers absenteeism, minimizes worker's compensation risks, and optimizes daily productivity by maintaining a healthier, more resilient workforce.
