In order to book online you must create a portal account. New patients will need to book a consult or text (480) 630 -9158 to get access to dates and times available. I do this to make sure I am the best provider for you and to help refer you out if needed.

Tap the Share icon. (Blue square with an up arrow)

Open the portal in Chrome.
Tap the Download button.
Tap Install App, then Install.
