Dr. Michele French is a chiropractor licensed in Arizona and Oregon, a U.S. Army combat veteran, and the founder of Mobile Spine & Movement Care, an in-home practice centered on helping people move better, heal naturally, and stay active without relying on medication.

Her work in conservative care began long before becoming a chiropractor. After serving as a Military Police officer, Dr. French entered the health field in 2015 when she became an advanced neuromuscular massage therapist, working hands-on in chiropractic offices and learning how the body responds to trauma, stress, and repetitive strain. That foundation fueled her passion for helping people recover and return to the activities they love.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports & Health Science in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 2022, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. Along the way, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2016 and continued her specialization with advanced certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).

Dr. French is also trained as an Adaptive Athlete Coach through the Wounded Warrior Project and Soldiers to Sidelines, allowing her to support veterans, tactical athletes, and individuals working through injury or physical limitations.

Today, she blends chiropractic care, neuromuscular techniques, and corrective exercise to give people a personalized, movement-based approach to pain relief and long-term function. Her care is compassionate, evidence-guided, and rooted in creating a safe, empowering environment where patients feel supported and truly understood so they can get out of pain and move better!
