  4. After the exam and treatment, I pack up efficiently so you are not left standing there awkwardly or feeling obligated to help.

  5. I give you my recommendations going forward.

  6. I leave.

What to expect

First Visit

We take time to understand what’s going on and what your body needs.

  • Full consult and exam

  • Movement and posture assessment

  • Chiropractic adjustment

  • Soft tissue work

    (dry needling, IASTM, cupping, neuromuscular therapy, etc. depending on your case)

  • Guidance on movements and next steps

Duration: 60 minutes

Follow-Up Visits

Focused care to continue progress and support healing.

  • Brief check in

  • Chiropractic adjustment

  • Soft tissue work

Duration: 30 - 60 minutes

Extended visits available for more complex cases, multiple areas, or those with structured care plans.

Corrective Exercise & Movement Therapy

Personalized Programming

Build strength, reduce re-injury, and support long-term healing.

Sport specific programming available.

What it costs

New patient visit (60 minutes): $150

Standard follow-up (30 minutes): $125

Packages are optional and recommended when care is appropriate.

Standard Care Package (5 visits): $575
Includes in-person care only.

Structured Care Package (5 visits): $695
Includes in-person care plus personalized programming and between-visit accountability.
Includes four weeks of access to our app to support your care plan.
